Field Updates
This launch focuses on a simple but disciplined operational shift: every farmer issue should move through registration, triage, follow-up, and evidence capture instead of disappearing into disconnected paper records.
The district already had committed extension staff and strong demand from farmers, but issue reporting and follow-up were fragmented across notebooks, spreadsheets, and informal calls.
The pilot introduces a common workflow so supervisors can see which cases are moving, which ones are stuck, and where support is needed most.
Agents are now registering cases against farmer profiles instead of storing them as disconnected notes.
Follow-up activity is reviewed against completion evidence, which gives district leadership a clearer picture of service quality during the season.
The next check-in will focus on whether the new workflow reduces unresolved cases and improves the speed of support in high-demand parishes.
